What a beautiful day it turned out at the beach in St. Simmons Island. I brought a very cool flash dome that a friend made from scratch that attaches to the Canon Speedlite 580 X II. What this dome does is, it controls the direction of the light so it doesn’t just spill every where. Its a very cool device without having to spend lots of money.
These were shot at the beach in the middle of the day witch is no problem as long as you use a good bit of flash power.

Before the beach we went to the amazing mossy Oak Park… the lighting was perfect under a huge branch right after a quick rain shower.
